(/*¨*)/-☆

It ends on ☆, the hollow WHITE STAR (the filled one, ★, is BLACK STAR), and the hyphen just before it sits at mid-height like the streak a star leaves behind as it's flung away. Whoever threw it seems to have both arms up: one / comes right after the opening parenthesis, still inside it and next to the face, and another comes right after the closing one. Both are the same ordinary slash, so they lean the same way, from bottom left to top right, as if both hands had swung up together toward where the star is headed. The face itself is tiny. What reads as its eyes is ¨, the character Unicode calls DIAERESIS: the two dots of naïve or Zoë with no letter underneath, set high in the line and much closer together than eyes typed as two separate characters. Nothing below them works as a mouth. Pressed against them on each side, with no space, is an asterisk *, right where blushing cheeks usually go in faces like (*^_^*). All nine characters run together without a single space. On X it came right after a line about something being over in no time because the writer had fallen fast asleep partway through, and ワーイ, a Japanese 'yay!', came straight after the face.
