(((((((([布団]ヾ(。・´ωq)

In Japan a futon isn't the fold-out couch the word often means in the US: it's the mattress and quilt you spread on the floor at night. This one isn't drawn at all. It's written out, 布団 (futon) in kanji, between square brackets, and it's being dragged. To its left, eight opening parentheses are packed in with no spaces, each about as tall as the brackets, like streaks left on the floor as the futon slides along. The whole kaomoji has nine ( and only one ), the very last character, so those eight read as motion lines rather than parentheses. Between the futon and the face is ヾ, the katakana voiced iteration mark. It often waves from the left side of a face, as in ヾ(・ω・*)ノ; with the futon right beside it, it looks like an arm reaching over to grab hold and pull. Inside the face's round parentheses, the five characters read 。・´ωq from left to right. Take the solid dot ・, at mid-height, as the eye. Down and to its left, low in the line and right after the (, is 。, the Japanese full stop: a small hollow circle that could be a tear from yawning or a drop of sweat from all that pulling. Up and to the eye's right is ´, a short stroke rising to the right, which works as an eyebrow or as a second eye squeezed half shut. To the right of the ω mouth there's no eye, only a lowercase q. Its bowl sits level with the ω and its stem drops below the line, like a fist pressed to the face, rubbing a sleepy eye. One hand rubs an eye while the other drags the bedding along, so this reads as someone who is up, but only just. On X, the post had ズルズル, the Japanese sound of something being dragged along, written just before the face.
