^-﹃-^ ฅ

There are no outer brackets around the face; the ^ on each side are simply cat ears. The - just inside them are narrowed eyes, and the ﹃ in the middle is the white corner bracket 『 in its form for vertical Japanese text. Set sideways, a line hangs down from its upper-right corner, so it becomes drool dripping from the corner of the mouth. The ฅ placed a little apart is a Thai letter whose two humps on top look like a paw lifted with its pads showing.
