The eyes `⠲` and `⠖` are **the same cell flipped left to right** — one pair, mirrored. Because the dot positions reverse, the two eyes curve toward each other. Japanese kaomoji carry emotion in the eyes rather than the mouth, and this face does it **purely by where the dots sit**, never by a stroke.
