A ⌵ sits where the mouth goes. In the X post this face came from, eight of the thirteen faces used ⩊ for a mouth, and this was the only one with ⌵. Unicode names ⌵ COUNTERSINK, and on mechanical drawings it is the symbol (from the US standard ASME Y14.5) that calls for a countersink, the cone-shaped widening at the mouth of a drilled hole that lets a screw head sink in flush. Both eyes are ০, the Bengali digit zero, and a single * is pressed right up against the second one, with the closing parenthesis following straight after and no space on either side. A shop-floor instruction and two numerals end up making a face that is just plainly glad.
