ヾ(♥ó㉨ò)ﾉ♡

There are two hearts, and **they are not the same heart**. The `♥` inside the face is filled in; the `♡` that escaped to the right is only an outline. The inside is full, the outside still empty. The arms are made of different characters too: the right one `ﾉ` is a single half-width katakana stroke, while the left `ヾ` is a **repetition mark** — a character whose job is to say *do that again* — which is exactly what a waving hand does. In the middle, `㉨` is a circled character borrowed as a bear's snout, and the eyes `ó` and `ò` are one vowel with the accent tipped opposite ways, so the two sides mirror each other.
